Robert B. Ash, M.D.

Dr. Robert Ash joined Valley Radiotherapy Associates Medical Group in 2007 and serves as Medical Director at St. Joseph Hospital in Orange, California.  He is a Canadian-trained radiation oncologist who is board-certified in both the United States and Canada.  After completing his undergraduate medical training at Memorial University of Newfoundland, he completed his post-graduate training at Memorial University of Western Ontario.  He was Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Western Ontario as well as Chair of the Thoracic Multidisciplinary Team and Director of Undergraduate Medical Education for Oncology. 

In addition to general radiation oncology, Dr Ash has an interest in thoracic malignancies as well as genitourinary malignancies.  He is also trained in prostate brachytherapy.
